All Set

Finally finished packing! I procrastinated and took my own sweet time and only started packing last night at 2am.

Good thing that the mishap(more on another post) that happened on tuesday night was resolved on friday, otherwise I really have no idea how I'm going for this trip.

The flight is at 11pm, so that'll give me sometime for travelling and dinner at the airport. :)

Finally!

Si, si!!! Yeah, it's confirmed that I'll be heading to Italy in two weeks time. After all the back and forth of application to my school and financial calculations etc, the dust has finally settled. Relieved and overjoy!

I feel so blessed that I'm actually fullfilling my dream of going to Venice, not to mention Florence and Tuscany too.

Also wondering how the Film Festival will be like, it should be interesting, keeping my fingers cross that LCN* will win an award of sort. After all, Europeans tend to have an affinity for Asian short films, at least that was how I felt from my past travels and conversations with people in the film festivals.

Here's a cool photo of Florence...

Movies

Here are some of the movies I've seen recently;

Doom - This is such a Alien rip-off! Dwayne Johnson aka the Rock tried his best to look mean and aggressive, but really CMI (cannot make it) those scenes of him trying to look tough and all it just come across as irritating. Loop holes in the story everywhere. This movie is really doomed.

Sky High - Really entertaining film, it reminded me of all those John Hughes films in the 80's like Pretty In Pink, The Breakfast Club etc...but with a superhero twist.

Deuce Bigelow: European Giggalo - Don't know why this film was ever made? Must be one of the worst film I ever watched! It's not funny and really really CMI!!! Avoid it at all cost!

Transporter 2 - Now this film is really entertaining! Non-stop action and it doesn't try to be more than what it really is, a mindless action flick! The stunts are really at the edge of your seat kind. Highly recommended.
